Avalon Airport is located outside of Melbourne city it is a 55 kilometre drive and it takes about half an hour to travel there by car. Avalon Airport is the home of Jetstar Airlines. Jetstar flights to and from Brisbane, Perth, Sydney and Adelaide depart from Avalon airport.
